The DriveTime Warranty, also known as our DriveCare program, is a 36 month or 36,000 mile warranty. Customers drive away in used cars that have passed a multi-point vehicle inspection and include a warranty covering most major mechanical and electrical components. We also offer oil changes and roadside assistance.
Our DriveCare package is valued at $2,500 and covers components in the transmission, engine, drive axles and climate control assembly. We recommend that our customers follow a regular maintenance schedule to continue upkeep on their vehicle after they have left the car lot. We hope to see our customers every 3,000 miles for a regular oil change. The warranty covered oil change includes changing the oil, oil filter, checking and maintaining coolant levels, belt and hose checks. We want our customers to be safe while they are out there on the road. Our DriveCare package includes roadside assistance. We provide nationwide service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
